I would recommend you joining a group of people who's interest is to loose weight, that way you will have a support group, learn new ways to loose weight, compare receipes and have moral support.
I am giving you advice I have not for myself. Interesting...I am gonna have to do that as well.
There are support groups in the internet if it works better for you, but face to face is best that way you can't cheat. ;-)
You can always get advice from a personal trainer as well, so that you don't overdue it on exercise. If you overdue it you may become discouraged...you should make it a routine to work out lightly and slowly. Most of us want results yesterday...

I would have to say keep up the good work, because it takes a little while for your body to adjust to the changes. The exercise is also great, your fat will soon turn to muscle. It all just takes time. Don't expect fast results right away. Healthy amount of weight loss would be 2 lbs a week at the most.

Make sure your diet includes foods from all the food groups(meat, dairy, fruit, bread and vegetables) and that you are eating smaller portions, drinking plenty of water and exercising several times a week. You said you changed your diet, but is your diet a healthier diet and are your portions smaller? Stay away from excessive fatty foods, sugar and salt which tends to make the body hold water. Good luck!
