Take some Lollo Rosso Lettuce,
Add to that some Olives, Green and Black with Garlic Flavouring. Some Fetta Cheese Diced.
To this you could have Tuna, Grilled Sardines not the Canned Variety, Chicken, Or Eggs.
Lay the Lettuce out on Plate and put rest of Ingredients on top arranged loosely.
Then Drizzle Balsamic Vinegar And Extra Virgin Olive oil together with Cracked Pepper and Salt on top. O and by the way watch out for the Stones or Pips in Olives they can break Teeth.

Never mind that it's appeared in the wrong section!

Try making a vinaigrette salad dressing using 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil to 1 tbsp vinegar with 1/2 to 1 tsp of Dijon mustard. Whisk well together (or shake in a sealed jar) to emusify and season to taste.

Ensure leaves are perfectly dry or the dressing won't coat them properly and do not toss the salad in the dressing until ready to serve or the leaves will wilt. (if you made the dressing in advance you may need to whisk it up again before using as it sometimes separates a bit)

Just add olive oil and sprinkle it on your salads. Or you could dip Italian Focacia bread in it for an appetizer.
