You might want to check the ingredients list. It was tainted wheat gluten that has caused the problems, from what I have been reading. If you do not see wheat gluten listed, then the food is probably going to be okay. You can check www.fda.gov for updates.

No the only dry food that is recalled is Hill's Prescription Diet M/D for cats

no but why would you want to feed your dog that ? opt for a premium dog food such as royal canin they are excellent company and do have good food . I would never trust anything else .

It should be, just because that is a crappy and cheap dog food- byproducts, preservatives, cheap grains.
