Yes, mine does I have a GS300 2001 and it is on the ceiling by the rear view mirror. It is great!! I always worry about someone seeing my garage door opener in the car and they break in my car to open the garage at night.

Yes it does. In fact, I think all Lexus models have standard HomeLink systems. But it's not just a garage door opener. It can be programmed to operate any remote controlled item like your gate, lights on your house, maybe even your TV!

No, but there's a compartment to put in your own garage opener, so when you push in the compartment, it'll look as if you did have a built-in button just for that. It's probably in the roof center console, near the center mirror. Had a minivan like that.

And how does that keep some one from breaking into your car, driving to your house, opening the door and looting it? Why would anyone want a built in GD opener in their car that can't be removed when you are away from the car?

Mine has a built in can opener but I have never been able to find any garage door opener.
