16 years old, 60kg. i'm kind of skinny so i want to know jow can i get a great chest?

If you only focused on the chest, & arms, and actually managed to build muscle, it would look pretty ridiculous, especially on the beach.

And no, pushups will be pretty in effective for building muscle, unless you can only do like 10 or 11. But once you gain a bit of strength, they will lose effectiveness unless you can add resistance.

Dont be a lightbulb

The best way to build a chest is the same as with any other muscle. You will need a solid exercise program & diet. IM me, and I can get you some good information to get going with.

yes bench press and push ups are the best. Bench press being the main component for a large chest. The butterfly excercies (when you lay on a bench and put arms out straight to your sides while holding dumbells-then raise them above your head) is also effective. But bench press and incline bench press is the very best way to go.

im 16 and skinny too. well try what i did. bench press about have of your weight. start off light. try about forty reps a day. eat a lot of protein that helps. you can go to the gym or try your schools gym. i use to have a flat chest but it has got more developed. good luck.

Push-ups ,wide style 1000 a day and 1000 sit-ups too

push-ups and bench presing,they are pretty much the main workout to give you a strong chest.
