omg! i love olives!
especially JUMBO black olives.
i eat them out of the can.

Yes, I love them! Mostly green ones, but black ones are OK in salads and cooked things. I don't know why the difference. I've always heard the old wive's tale that you're either a green olive or black olive person.

Totally. I'm one of the people who prefers them green, apart from the perfect black Kalamata olives from Greece. At their best they're unbeatable. The green ones are great stuffed with pepper, anchovy, garlic etc and take marinade better.
