You know, crap like the IBO, WBU, IBC... etc. Also, I am primarily looking for "world titles" as opposed to things like NABF or anyother national titles.

I doubt it as the crap ones are constantly changing and never have a full range of champions anyway. Most of their titles are usually vacant due to the fact boxers use them as a stepping stone to something more prestigious like a national title. Also some of them like the IBO just randomly award there title to fighters with out an actual championship match taking place. To keep records of all the different titles would be a nightmare.
