First before you tell her anything go get tested. She could have giving it to u. Then contact the police because that is a crime to sleep with someone if you have AIDS. She needs to be off the streets because she can give that to some one else.
You don't have to take care of her if you don't want to.

I didn't quite understand the question....
But if she is sleeping around and gets AIDS, why are you with her? Dump her and it is not your job to make her feel better about anything if she is that much of a slut.

Mainly, you need to be tested immediately. It is your choice to care for her or not. If she isn't loyal to you, then I don't think she is your responsibility.
