I visit for vacantion Philippines with my European son 3 years old born in Europe and with my family name,and her mother(my girlfriend)a Filipina. She not want to return back to europe where we have our house and residence,and she take from me my son forever.What i can do?What law in the Philippines is correct for this case? PLease help me.

The Philippines is not yet signatory to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. You will have to pursue your claim on your son through the local courts, as you were already advised. Good luck!

Get the birth certificate of your son and prove that you are the father. File a case in court for parental authority over your son and his custody since you are the father.

Or you could also go to the media for help. There are public service type shows that may accomodate you. Results will be faster than a court case.
