Sunman that was unexpected.

Amazing and romantic. You should get together with Allman and set up workshops.

Yes, albeit extremely demanding ones, but fulfilling none the less. I love your examples.
My wife and I have been 'traveling' together for 22 years as of Feb, and I'm 43 now. We've played every role a man and woman could be to each other. I would like to dedicate some lyrics by Neil Peart:

Goddess in my garden
Sister in my soul
Angel in my armor
Actress in my role
Daughter of a demon-lover
Empress of the hidden face
Priestess of the pagan mother
Ancient queen of inner space
Spirit in my psyche
Double in my role
Alter in my image
Struggle for control
Mistress of the dark unconscious
Mermaid of the lunar sea
Daughter of the great enchantress
Sister to the boy inside of me.
Polarize me, sensitize me, criticize me, civilize me, compensate me, animate me, complicate me, elevate me.

I'm happily married. Of course it's not a perfect marriage... the "perfect marriage" doesn't exist. But yes, I have a successful relationship with a long term partner.

My wife and I have been married 50 years, she has been with me everywhere except Korea and Vietnam. We have tried our best to live a christian life. I was 20 and she was 18 when we married.

We sit back together and watch the madness carry on around us with one mind... Every now and then one of us gets the picture wrong but it is great to have the other there to shine the light in!

I know of a few married couples who both use the forum (can you believe it?) but it's not my place to name them. Some of us have formed very close friendships where it really does seem that opposites attract. It can be rough at times, aggravating and confusing, but it's all so worth it.

I have been married for 32 years now!
We have sought to follow God's principles in our marriage - which work.

I've been happily married for almost four years. If you think I'm difficult, try being married to my husband!
