I changed the factory speakers and they worked for about 2 weeks, all of a sudden there is no sound. I want to check the factory amp to see if a fuse is blown there.

Don't bother--the factory amp doesn't have a built-in fuse. The amp fuse will be in one of the vehicle's fuse boxes.

There are actually two amplifiers; one for the rear speakers and one for the fronts. Both are located underneath the panel on the passenger side of the cargo area, forward of the jack compartment.
