and have a healthy diet... so what will happen if i do 1 hour of cardio (walking/jogging/running), weight training, crunches, push ups, sit ups... every night, along with a healthy diet??

I really wanna push myself to the limit and test myself...
I want to collapse into my bed every night knowing ive worked hard...

What kind of changes would i see and how long would it take to see them?

to be healthy you have to work out 3-6 times a week actually - cardio plus weight training.
for now you might be in your perfect weight but you might also be far from being fit and healthy.

Eat well and exercise in moderation, there is no "perfect" weight, cut back on sugars but don't completely deprive yourself of sugars. Drink Plenty of water and get 8 to 9 hours of sleep. I hope this helps! Good Luck!!!
