for me, hot fogs and potato salad scream independance day. spiced apple cider and pumpkin rolls say thanks giving. where as baked ham always evokes visions of easter.

Lets see.... Valentine-chocolate, Easter-jelly beans, 4th of July- Grilled Chicken, Halloween- birthday cake (mom's) Thanksgiving- Pumpkin Pie, Green beans
Christmas-baked goodies New Years- stuffed mushrooms with crabmeat

Yes, I think we all do. We think of pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving. Eggnog and Fruit cake is Christmas. Chocolate Easter eggs, etc.

for me..Christmas is always seafood. Easter is hot cross buns and chocolate and new years is alcohol :)
