of course it does depend upon how hard you are throwing, and whether it is slow pitch or fast, but either was i would say that softball is easier on the arm of the pitcher, but harder on the arm of the outfielder.

It depends on if you mean slow pitch or fast pitch softball. Fast pich its probably about the same as baseball pitching but the easiest is slow pitch softball pitching. I'm guessing

I think softball because more major league pitches tear rotator cuffs than softball pitchers.
