malformation of carpal?

can a malformed carpal cause pain
a feeling as if it needs to be popped
I have had it checked out before and they said it was not a problem but can a bone rub against my skin and cause problems

not really, the common problems at the carpal tunnel are, carpal tunnel syndrome, ganglion cyst and simple old arthritis, go back to the doctor if it continues to hurt, good luck
