Check out Vitality For Life.
I have had great success with this program. It keeps you accountable for what you eat and whether or not you exercise. They also offer great support and praise. It costs only $6 per month.

try using a fat burner to help you burn more fat. go to this website and try this product http://www.gardenoflife.com/detail_fucothin.shtml
I've been using it for about a month now and it works great. the good think about it is there's to stimulant. Most fat burners stimulate the heart rate and make your heart beat fast as if you're going to get a heart attack. If you have High Blood Pressure don't use anything fat burner with stimulants.
hope this helps
