Okay we prepare our bodies for sacraments and a confession is a sacrament. How does a priest prepare. Is there any instance where hisbody as a man might not be prepaired to give forgiveness?

You would have to ask a priest for that.
If I had to guess (which is, in all honesty, all we can do) I would say that any given priest's forgiveness is genuine. Reason being, God's capacity for mercy is greater than man's capacity for sin, if you can imagine.

The Sacraments operate whether or not the priest is completely 'holy.' If perfect holiness of the priest were required for him to confect the Sacramnets for us, then no priest would be able to do it. They are human, too- and yes, they go to confession, too. I have a good friend who is a priest, and when he see his mentor, the first thing they do is hear each other's Confessions.
My friend prepares for Confession by spending a few minutes in prayer. He also reads read scripture while in the Confessional.

Priests go to confession too. That would be good preparation.

how can a normal human being that does'nt even know how he have sinned forgave other human being that have sinned?Is there anywhere in the bible stated that priest should become god and forgive human for their sin?

I really don't think he is not prepared but he just might do in a different way than he directs u to do it since he is more involved in Christ than you are !

There are so man people he doesnt have time.
Ritual is Guilt...
Only God can forgive sins!
