I think you would have better luck bleaching it. I had a friend in highschool who shaved her arms and it grew back even thicker and darker. It might be a quick fix but then you are stuck shaving your arms for the rest of you life!
I would check your local pharmacy for bleaching kits...
Good luck!

Definitely don't shave them - the hair grows back stubbly and it feels and looks disgusting.
I would recommend that you bleach the hair using a simple body-hair-bleaching kit available in any pharmacy. (Don't use bleach intended for the hair on the head, or any other purpose - buy the stuff specifically for bleaching body hair, normally located somewhere near the razors and waxing kits.)
This makes it much less noticeable.
You can also try waxing. Long-term, I have found this the best solution. But it hurts like hell, especially when you're 13 (your skin is more tender while you're still growing). You might want to wait a couple of years or so before trying it.
Still, if you're not very susceptible to pain, it won't do you any damage to try it now. But bleach is a better option if you can't cope with wax.
Good luck!

I have been shaving my arms since I was fourteen and I'm 29 now. I have really pale skin and REALLY dark hair-so imagine THAT! If you want to, go ahead. You are going to have stay on top of it, like, every other day or every third day like you would your legs. As time goes on, you won't need to shave as much. It's been about a week since I shaved my arms and I barely have any stubble.
Just use a clean razor and don't do it dry. Do it in the shower or tub using a good lather of soap or body wash, or using shave gel. Be sure to lotion up after you dry off, too.
Take care.

I shave my arms, and it doesnt take that long to shave just 2 arms in the shower. Especially if its just below the elbow and down
Shave legs one day, then when its time for the arms, shave em another day.
Those hair removers do more damage than a razor, but make sure you use a new one if ya gonna shave your arms.
Also use a really good shaving gel.

It may hurt a little more, but waxing is the best way to go. Your arms will be much smoother and the hair won't grow back for weeks.
It shouldn't hurt you TOO much since your only 13 so that hair shouldn't be too rough and thick.

Please dont shave your arms! Just let the hair be cause everyone has hair on there arms. If you shave it, it would grow back really prickly and if your standing close to someone they can feel it. So just let the hair be cause everyone has hairy arms. If you absolutely must get the hair off, just wax it or bleach it.

Well, I wouldn't shave my arms if I were you.
Because if you dont have time to shave, your arms will be thick and prickly, because people grab arms on accident/purpose, and think, your shower would be twice as long because you would have to shave your legs and arms, and you would stick with shaving your arms the rest of your life, unless you want thicker even hairier arms..

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are “permanent” hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

maybe you could get them waxed. there are also little waxing strips you stick on & peel off. try different products by sally hansen. cheap stuff you can get at walgreens. shaving is a drag & just something else you have to add to your daily routine so i dont suggest it but i used to just do a few swipes over my arms to get some of the hair off. but dont get carried away. & you can try nair or veet but i didnt have good results with it. they smell & irritate my arms & didnt even work very well. good luck!

Do not shave your arms. Razor stubble on your arms is worse than hair.
Alternatives: 1) depilatory cream or lotion (Nair) 2) waxing - prewaxed strips are the most convenient (Parissa)
