There are a lot of books that point out the flaws and inconsistencies in the bible.
Some are just the work of stupid bigots. Others are thoughtful and well written. Some of these make it beyond clear that not everything in the bible is what it seems.
I suggest any of the books written by Bart Ermine.
Lost Christianity's was one of my personal favorites.

The Bible itself is the fore-most proof that it's bogus.
Just read it.
Contradictions on it's own commandments, paragraphs of nonsense, constant violence and hatred, adultery, fear, plagues, racism, what a great science fiction novel.
I think there's a movie coming out about it.

There are tons of books with that particular theme. You've got to be more specific. I'm Christian, but a friend just lent me a copy of "The Perfect Mirror? A Question of Biblical Perfection" which contains over 100 pages of Biblical contradictions. It is one book among many of its kind. Currently Richard Dawkins and Sam Harris are both very popular authors who write against Biblical literalism and religion in general.

Study the History of Civilization at any University (not a religious one). History will provide all the proof that religion is a hoax.

The only book I need to debunk the bible is the bible itself. Do they honestly think I'm gonna believe all of those silly stories and rules? God's awesome, Jesus was a great guy and I'm a good person - that's all I need to believe to get into heaven.

See any science book. Astronomy, cosmology, biology, botany, physics, geology... whatever. *All* show the Bible as bogus.

lots of books talk about that concept. As Muslims we believe it's incomplete and also has inaccuracies in it. But it's still revelation.
