ok lets say i ate like 5000 calories yesterday...

...what should i do today to balance out my intake so i dont gain.......

dont look back!
just eat healthy, drink lots of water, eat veggies and fruit, get lean protein, complex carbs etc.

Eat more like 1600 calories, go for a jog, walk, or swim, and try not to do that again! but 1 splurge isn't that bad

eat about 1200 calories today (and it would do you good to do the same tomarrow) and make sure to hit the gym, or go for a nice jog. dont worry though, i seriously dont think one splurge is that bad.

DON'T starve yourself, you'll be setting yourself up for another binge. Eat when you're hungry, eat healthy food like fruits, veggies, and lean protein and stop eating when you're not hungry. you might gain a little bit, but in the long run it won't matter
