i binged yesterday and today i took 3 pills of ultra ex lax...

will this help?

will i get the stuff out ?

i just need it for today im not going to make a habbit of it


i need the TRUTH.

and i know i have an eating disorder and i have help which doesnt do jack so stop lecturin gme

in the long run binging and taking ex lax actually slows your metabolism and makes you fatter. try a different therapist?? dont mean to lecture really but there IS help out there

yeah it will get all the stuff out

but it will also take out all the nutrition you need to survive, and it will take a lot of water out of your body, and you can easially become dehydrated.

its really dangerous if you do that a lot

i would recommend drinking a lot of water instead after binging. that will move the stuff through your system quicker, and your body wont be able to soak up quite as much of the bad stuff, but you will stay healthy. but dont drink a bunch of water after every meal or it will do that same thing and take all the nutrition out to and you might die

Ex Lax will do nothing more than make you go poop. If you are using it to lose weight, you are going to destroy organs in your body that you need in order to void. Please do not use this is a weight loss plan! If you feel you need to lose weight, do so safely with proper diet and exercise.

I feel very sorry for you. I bet you are beautiful, but you don't see it.

no, you still absorb the calories (not the other nutrients of the food though) and any weight you lose is water/poop weight. Please be careful with laxitives if you abuse the laxitives you won't be able to poop without them and that is not fun.
