find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

you don't want to go for the fastest way. They've done studies and the faster you lose weight, the more likely it is that you'll gain it back. my advice would be to log what you eat for 3 or 4 days and try and see what things you could easily change. Also start doing a little more physical activity, this can be walking, dancing, or whatever. Just try and make lifestyle changes and not do a crash diet. It would be helpful to hire a personal trainer and/or talk to a nutritionist, but I know that can be expensive so that isn't possible for everyone.
If you still decide you want to crash diet and lose weight quick, pretty much any diet will work but keep in mind you will be hungry, you will slow down your metabolism, and you will gain the weight back when you go off the diet.

The "accepting who you are" philosophy is for those too lazy to get into shape, don't like what they look like, and want to rationalize it rather than change it. Being a healthy weight is more about health and longevity than self-esteem. Losing weight, safely and sanely, will decrease the stress on your heart, your joints, and your wallet because you'll buy less food.
Only eat when you are hungry, and stop when you are full - the biggest reason people get fat is simply they cannot say "no" to eating when they are not hungry. They eat because "it's time to eat," because they are bored, because it looks, smells, or tastes good, because it is offered to them, or because they think they have to finish everything on their plate.
Intending to exercise does not work. You actually have to do it, and regularly. Many people, particularly in January, work out for a 2-3 weeks and then suddenly "don't have time" or "are just too tired." Excuses are great for porking out.
Don't try to lose it quickly. You can sanely and quite easily drop 20 pounds by the time summer roles around, and 40 by the end of summer. Then stick to your new habits, or you'll balloon up again.

Fast? That isn't safe but lots of exercise and diet would get you there. Or liposuction if you can afford it. Some people have had great success with the Atkins diet, few pounds per week isn't unheard of but not neccessarily a long term plan.
Exercise 3 days a week and stay away from fast food, dont starve yourself and eat alot of protien and fiber. Make it a habit to excersie. It wont be fast but it will be more permanent.

Well, it took you 3 years to put on the weight so it wont come off by tomorrow. What were your lifestyle changes? Did you just eat more or stop exercising? Think about your life back then and try to make small adjustments to what you do now. I'm going through the same thing and trust me, its hard but I am hoping it'll be worth it.

read the book "When Women Stop Hating Their Bodies" If your library doesn't have it, ask for an interlibrary loan. If you can read that and adopt those ideas at your young age, learn to accept yourself the way you are, you will be happier than about 90 percent of all women.
love your curves and your body. your body is the only one you have.also read
There is Nothing Wrong with You!! This is a self esteem issue, not a Diet and Fitness issue. Good luck to you.
