im trying to do that to.....the only thing you could do is healthy......dont eat junk food or drink sodas.....exerice and do a diet that helps a lot......but its gona take a while to notice that you loose weight.....so keep on doing this even if you dont see the result right away because u will eventually....

Start swimming! Swimming is a great way to loose weight fast! You have to do it on a reguar basis though otherwise it won't be effective. I've been doing it for three years and have kept in great shape. I've even developed six pack abs!
Not only should you exsersise but make sure that you eat real well. Stay away from fatty unhealthy foods that cause you to gain weight. Try to get your fruit and veg everyday. Also make sure you getting plenty of water everyday!
You can also run and walk everyday...I do that everyday. Good luck!

Losing weight to fast, is bad for you....But 30-60 min. of cardio daily, weight training 3-5 days a week, reduce calories by 500-750, and eat healthier foods, You should drink a gallon of water a day, no sodas, juices etc...
If you dont want to get to serious, just do 30 min. of cardio daily, and drink only water, 20% of americans calories come from beverages they drink, such cola's, sweet tea, Juice, gatoraid etc....you will see results by doing these two things alone

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Look up the zone diet, its great and keeps your body burning fat! Plus there is awsome food. Also go for walks and lift some weight. Set rewards, like an ipod. IPOD + JOG= Fun

Well you can start by eating healthier and roller skating burns 800 calories in an hour. In the summer I started riding my bike almost every day and I lost about 10 lb.
