of coarse its possible... working out you should do atleast 3 to 4 times a week...

but also remember you must have a healthy diet too..

my advise is to stay away from salt the most.. have diet drinks rather than regular, cut down on sugar, and drink a lot of water... (you'll see dramatic changes in the first 2 days just following that)

also while you're young, you need to intake between 1600 and 1800 calories... also because you're working out, you need the energy... not enough calories = not enough energy = you're gonna burn out during a work out..

i lost 30 pounds over the past 3 months...

i hope that helps you the same...

It is possible, but many factors enter in here. It is not just a matter of minutes of exercise. That weight loss pace is a fast one. Fast weight loss stories often end with regaining. You are wanting to lose 4 pounds a week. Two per week, maybe three is the safer and surer way to lose and keep it off.
Be sure to get good nutritional advice as well as exercise advice, focusing on aerobics and muscle toning with light weights on machines.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Start out with watching your calories (1000-1500) calories daily. Start with 15 minutes of excerise daily (fast walking) and try to up it to 30. It's not very complicated, though it may be hard to form a routine and stick too it. Basically cut what you normally eat in half. If you feel that would be too drastic for you, you can start off by cutting it in 3/4, then work towards cutting it down in half.

You can't be serious. Crash dieting is unhealthy and body damaging, over exercising will just make you sore it seems. You are not supposed to lose more than 8 pounds a month.
