I need some advice. My goal is to loose 50-70lbs by september-october.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

I'll give you an idea that worked for me when I had to cut weight really fast.

Along with running and lifting on alternate days I followed this diet very strictly:

Breakfast : 4 eggs over easy cooked with olive oil
1 cup of whole oatmeal with a tsp
of honey for sweetner

Lunch and dinner: All canned Albacore fillets I could eat with
hot sauce and flax seed oil.
Small Green salad
RAW pinapple until full.

Boring but effective. The pineapple and the lean protein along with copius amounts of water were the real key. After three or four days my appetite adjusted and I was able to go farther and do more on less food. Very drastic but I lost 30 lbs in 8 weeks without diminished energy or strength.
