will I lose more weight from adderall xr or regular adderall?

Question

I am taking 30 mg adderall xr but am kind of spacey in the evenings because it seems to wear off. My doctor is considering putting me on two 20mg doses of regular adderall and I am wondering if this will effect my weight more than the xr did? (I lost about 8 lbs. from the xr)

I would think so, since you would be taking 10mg more....I also lost weight on adderall xr 30mg, I never got hungry when I was on it, couldnt go to sleep at nite, and got depressed when I came off of it...Its a stimulant...just like cocaine...but It sure did help me in school.
