How old is he? If he's very young, I would put a call into his pediatrician's office. Is he in pain?
Apple juice always works for us...if my kids get more than a tiny bit of 100% apple juice, they get diarrhea. Lots of water. I'd skip the enemas and laxatives though, unless the doctor has recommended them.
Also, a glycerin suppository was another thing my kids' doctor said I could use if nothing else worked, but I've (happily) never had to use one.
If he's hurting, I'd take him in to urgent care or the emergency room if you can't get hold of his pediatrician. If he feels fine, I'd just continue with bulky fiber and lots of water.
Hope he feels better!!

The first thing you need to do is find the cause of his constipation if you can. You need to increase his fiber intake and water intake. If he is old enough then start him on a fiber supplement twice daily like metamucil or buy the stuff you can add to food now. He should take colace aka docusate twice a day to help keep his stools soft. If he to young to swallow the pills then get liquid form. If he likes prunes or prune juice then let him have this at breakfast every day. Make sure he sits on the toilet every day for 5 minutes after breakfast even if he doesnt have a BM. If he hasn't had a decent BM by the third day then use a suppository or a tap water enema. If he has had this problem for a long time you may want to take him to a pediatric digestive clinic to get checked out.

Definitely take him to a Pediactrician. I'm not sure how old he is, but be careful of all the laxatives and enemas you give him.

Put him in a warm bath, let him soak so his muscles can relax a little bit. Drinking warm water helps too. But don't keep feeding him laxatives, it could make him very sick. Take him to the doctor, it could be something very serious.

If you've tried everything, it's time to set an appointment with a doctor or renal specialist. One question, though: Is he drinking enough water and passing it normally? If not, you might want to make sure he's drinking enough.
