Hello i currently want to lose 10 pounds im 5'8 and weigh 143 pounds and i would like to lose a bit of weight before summer.. i was wondering if anyone knew how i could do that if there is any diet pills to recommend or diets or exercise regiments.

im aware that i dont REALLY need to lose weight but i wouldnt mind just thinning down a little bit and becoming more healthy so i can feel more comfortable in summer clothes

you can lose so much more then just 10 pounds.
Heres some help
First
Liptons diet green tea.. Get it!
It tastes great
Has 0 calories
Fills you up
and actually
Helps your metabolism and has antioxidants
It pretty much cleans your stomach
Drink it daily.
2 bottles a day if you could.
It'll helpp.
Also
Cut down the calorie intake to 1100.
or less.
Eating less is always good.
Learn to actually LOOK forward to being hungry
I love it when my stomach growls it just means my stomachs ready to take fat stored and use it as energyy.
Remember to always excersize
for however time
and whatever exercise
just do some!
get your body moving
the food intake lower.
And you'll be fine =]

Go on a generic food diet. It really works and it's cheep. Buy just your basic foods as basic as you can get. Most generic foods have less food additives than do name brand compare labels. Don't starve yourself this will make you binge. Eat moderate portion sizes no more than a medium plate full. Do not add alot of extra stuff you can add fresh herbs from the garden. Sweet basil, lemon thyme, rosemary use real butter instead of margarine. Cook with olive oil and it is good for the skin and hair. If you know your blood type then it might be easier to know what your body can handle and digest without putting on the pounds. Type O is a meat eater.
A, B, AB- Do better with vegetables. The key is moderate portion sizes with basic foods and a variety of food. A meat eater would still eat vegetables, it just means they can digest meat better. Same goes for the vegy-eater. Exercise start simple if you have not exercised in a while do at least thirty minutes worth. Put on your favorite music and just start dancing around the house doing your regular chores after a while it will just be fun and won't even feel like exercise.

If you briskly walk 35 miles, you will lose 1 lb. Multiply that by 10. You'd have to briskly walk 350 miles.

Hoodia pills are good. So are green tea ones. You definitely don't need to lose weight, though.

you should join LA weight loss. its practically everywhere! eat well, and exserise for 30 min., three times a day.
