Iran is much more powerful than Iraq was. Better industry, infrastructure, weaponry, etc. Are we headed for WW3 (Dubya Dubya Three)?

Oh yeah, stupid little country like Iran?
The guy said he would destroy Jewish territory.
He is blatently disregarding all UN and Geneva Conventions.
He is out for blood. He will get it.
Who is the next idiot to do something stupid like that?
I am glad he did something to provoke a war.

I do not know. No one will.
War is never a good idea, but sometimes it is critical. I'm not saying the Iraqi war is. I'm just a citizen, I haven't looked up documents that are valid and reasonable (not everything you read on the internet is true). But I do know this: The Eagle has arrows on one side and a plant that symbolizes peace on the other. The eagle looks towards peace, but has its arrows for it's defense.
For what reason will these soldiers die? Perhaps it isn't a good reason to die. Perhaps this country is too powerful. Didn't they say that about Germany and Hitler? Souldn't we stand as a country to defend ourselves when necessary. If the war in Iran isn't necessary then no we should not go to war. But at the same time, I ask that you respect the troops that do join in the war. You may not like war, but you have to admit the troops and the soldiers are really brave.

If you become the President of the States, you will have thousands of reasons for going to war with Iran. The main reason for a possible war with Iran is the fact that Iran has an antipathy towards America and they make no bones about it. They are worried about Iran going nuclear.

We wouldn't invade them,just nuke them into
a glass parking lot.
If the guy gets any big ideas about using nuclear
energy for military puposes we WILL retaliate in
the same manner.It will happen.
It will be a short war,complete with more horror
than the world has seen since we dropped the first
two in 45.
I think dubya's a nut,but the Iranian leader is just as
big
a weenie.
He will make a move,just wait.

The same number that would die if we went to war with Iran for a good reason. And Iran is certainly doing its best to provide good reasons.

No way, I'm psychic and I say that nomatter what Iran does nothing will happen to it until at least 2010, during the prisoner's presidency (mccain). Just a feeling.

i really don't think people realize how fragile our planet is right now...we get into a war with Iran there's a really good chance we'd get into a nuclear war, hence the end of the civilized world.
it scares me to think people can be so careless...i don't think we should invade Iran, i think if anything we should do surgical strikes like Clinton did in Iraq...they worked perfectly and with little casualties and not a lot of commitment to stay there...
