I've been using the same products for ages (Kera Care) and the problem just started occurring and getting worse.
Thanks in advance for you contribution!

-Maybe it's time to switch products.
-I have the same issue why not try a detangler?
-Could it be hard water?
-Assuming you're black (from the pic) do you wrap your hair?
I wash, condition, sit under a blow dryer to deep condition--sometimes I put lotion on it and let it air dry. Most times I wrap it. Use a good wrap lotion (Motions is the only decent store brand. You'll have to pay wayyyy extra for the good stuff)it should also de-tangle and add body.
-If you go to a beautician make sure she specializes in ETHNIC hair care. Also don't be duped into thinking that a stylist will be knowledgeable just because they happen to be black or dominican/puerto rican.
Some of the best stylists are gay men, y'know...

I Hate To Say This But, Some Pepoles Hair ALWAYS Tangles (At Least A Little) After Shampooing. However, Changing Your Shampoo/Conditioner May Help. Also, If You Color, Perm/Relax Or Blow-Dry/Hot Iron Try To "Ease-Up" On These. There Are Professional Treatments To "Smooth" The Cuticle (Outer Surface) Of The Hair Talk To The Local Salons. Good-Luck!--------In Response To Your Additional Details: Try Using A Low pH Treatment Like FERMODYL® ( 619 Double Strength For Relaxed Hair) To "Firm-Up" The Hair And Smooth The Surface. Also Try L'OREAL® Ineral⢠Or The Hair Fixerâ¢

Everyone's hair gets tangled after a shampoo and condition.
Get a wide tooth comb and take out snarls starting from the bottom and work your way up. This hurts less and prevents split ends.

Well judging from your picture your hair is not that long. I would say use a leave in conditioner/detangler combo. I use the thermasilk version. My hair is very long and extremely knotty after I shampoo and condition. Use a soft brissled brush, and the leave in conditioner with detangler and you should be set.

comb your hair with a wide toothed comb while the conditioner is still in your hair while you're in the shower and then when you rinse it out just let the water run over your hair, don't pile it on top of your head or anything.

Use products that say "detangler". Also, try not to pile your hair on top of your head and mix it all around... that will surely tangle it.

When you're washing your hair you're mixing it all together, of course it's going to get tangled... Use a detangler spray after showering.
