I deliver pizzas for a living. I get paid minimum +, but also get tips. When I turn in my tips for tax purposes, do I report all of it or a percentage. I can't get a straight answer from anyone.

Your are required to report all tips. You should keep a notebook to record all tips as they are received.

There is a line on the tax form that says "Wages, salary, and tips," no? You have to report all of all of these.
