Would police think its a hit list and would i be arrested?

Only if a crime occurred. A hit list by itself has no meaning, unless something happens to one of those people on that list. You could publish a book of all the people you would like to kill, it's freedom of speach, but if something were to happen because of it, then you would be in trouble.

Nixon had an 'enemies' list. Bush probably has a 'revenge' list. As long as you don't take any illegal actions, I doubt it would cause you any trouble. -RKO- 04/01/07

Depends on who say it and whether or not they told...if they told you might be questioned but I doubt you would be arrested unless it was your principal or classmates. Then you would have to have other things such as weapons or bomb making material for it to be a really big deal. Then it becomes a terroristic threat eventhough you never directly threatened anyboby. They would then confiscate your computer to see what kinds of sites you have been going to .

Not unless there are direct threats. I am sure many people have a list( not literally) on people they dislike. If you have a literal list than I suggest you get some mental help. Or grow up.

That would be very good incriminating evidence against youm should anyone on that list gets hurt, even if it is NOT by your hand. Not a smart thing to do.

As history shows, it depends who is on your list..
If its your next door neighbor, your fine..
But the president? See ya Cuz!
Now if your neighbor goes missing.. your in trouble..
lol.. basically a list just gets you in trouble.. id take mental notes personally...

not unless you stated how the revenge was to be carried out and that was illegal......OR...If you are a school student...that has different standards but check with a lawyer from your community
