Hello, Rick! Your best "one stop" would be Publication 17, the single most comprehensive income tax publication the IRS produces. The two sections that will list deductions are Adjustments to Income and Standard/Itemized Deductions; both are linked below, both within Pub 17 and to their individual "Tax Topics"). Good luck! :-)

The first two answers are good sources. The direct answer to your question is NO. There is no list anywhere that lists ALL possible tax deductions. Not even the IRS can list everything that can EVER be claimed.
