Engineers pls help ( relatively simple)!!?

Question

I am lookinf for a diesel engine and was hoping if anyone knew of any that meet my specs :

It must be a small engine (preferably 3 cylinder engine).
It must have a very low fuel consuption.
It must be about 80 Kw and not lower than 60Kw

Do you guys know of any vehicles that have such an engine or similar? Thanks

Look in the military surplus but most were 6 cylinder We used a lot of 60 kw.
