If i have a busy day ahead probably about 8-9 hours. Or if i can have a lie in then most likely 10-11 hours. And yes i realise i'm a lazy woman. ^-^

Not nearly enough. Probably like 5-6 hours a night. If I'm lucky.

7 is a good number for me, more than 8 makes me over tired, and under 6 makes me want to sleep in. So 6 to 8 hours of sleep is good for any one.

I get around 7 - 8 hours, but I can survive on 6.
I am sure having a baby makes you appreciate uninterrupted sleep.

6 if I am lucky on a school night. on the weekends I like to try to catch up on my sleep but I can only sleep in on Sat. because church is bright and early on Sun. I wish I could get atleast 8 hrs. of sleep. Stupid homework!

Being in school sucks; I get around 4 to 6 hours of sleep a night. It's so unhealthy. Luckily, it's Spring Break so I'll be able to catch up [unless I'm out partying].
