It says:
"And when they had sung an hymn , they went out into the mount of Olives."

Did Jesus Sing

No singing or dancing but... ...rising from the dead. That's quite an impressive magic trick. Just to make sure there's no mistake, let's get the best executioners of the day (that'll be the Romans) to kill him, guard the tomb with soldiers and then, once the 'trick' is complete lets make sure over 500 people witness that he really is alive. It would be much more comfortable if he was just a magician but I can't see that it fits. As for he didn't exist... ...I don't think any historian, Christian or secular would go with that. Far, far too much evidence that he was a real person.

Yes, Jesus sang.

It is a common custom during the seder (Passover meal) that several Hallel Psalms be sung. These Psalms are 113-118.

The New Testament reference is Matthew 26:30. " After singing a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives."

Matthew 26:29-31 (King James Version)
29But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom.

30And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.

He was Jewish. Isn't singing part of the torah part of bah mitzvah? I'm pretty sure he sang in the shower or while puttering around in the garage - who doesn't?

He was always praying, but not singing. He didn't need the praise, He needed power from His Father.

It's like chinese whispers, distorted. I can't believe there's people who actually believe this baloney.
