I'd doubt it. If anything it's free advertising. I'm sure the companies would love it.

if you are a person wearing a tattoo, then don't worry about it. personal use is not an infringement. if asked about, just say you are making a "statement", enough said.

If you are selling tattoos that infringe on creative designs of others without permission, you could be in trouble. There are not many exceptions granted for people to profit from commercial exploitation of other peoples work.

im sure it is... but who knows. i mean, people get stuff tatted on the all the time that doesnt belong to them, or they stole from someone.

if there was a picture of you with your tattoo in a (tattoo) magazine saying where you got it and who the artist was... thats how they will know.
artists tend to take photos of tats they have done... that theyre proud of. but i dont know dude. just give it a try, see what happens. what? you think theyre going to sue you?
