What does this mean.... filgia di cagna...... and what language is it?

It must be "figlia di (una) cagna" that means "daughter of a ******"

Only to add that literally it means: Daughter of a female dog. And according to others, the right word is 'fìglia' and not filgia.
You can pronounce in this way:
"Fèè-llah", where LL is like in Spanish 'cabaLLero', and ah is like in 'are'.
