Male cats don't go into heat. That's like saying male humans have periods. They simply respond to the scent of FEMALE cats going into heat. Just like male humans, they're always ready to get some. Get him fixed now.

Males don't go into heat. They are always ready for the female to go into heat. Besides, a cat that is too young to be fixed wouldn't go into heat.

Male cats (toms) do not go into heat, ever. They merely respond to their genetic imperatives whenever they can sense a female cat who is in heat. Pretty much the same for them marking their territory with their own sense. Coded into their genes.

male cats do not go on heat . female cats do..

If your male is meowing loudly and spraying it is because there is a female in the area that is on heat and he wants to impress her.
Sorry but he is just doing what comes naturally and will carry on doing until he is neutered.
