yes, right now its the cleanest form of energy, so its better for the environment. Coal, Hydro, and Oil cost way too much. I like the idea of incineration too.

In rural areas, they should start using windturbines, but cities like toronto should stick with nuclear!

NO! Not until all of the hydro sites are used. Payback in energy required to build, process uranium, take care of disposal, is estimated between 20-30 years. Hydo takes less to build and has useful life estimated into 100+ years. The nuke plant is obsolete when the construction is over. Planning takes 10+ years. Electronics for the controls and monitoring is obsolete when installed.
