what is going on if you have a feeling of pulsation under your rib cage, like a heart beat?

It feels as if I have a pulse under my left rib cage area. Can see it pulsing from the outside. Has been going on all day. No pain, just discomfort.

You are ALIVE! Sounds like muscle spasm. Could be stress - what's going on in YOUR life? I'd check WebMD... A little discomfort - could be your posture, sitting too long at the computer, t.v., again, a muscle spasm...

muscle spazm.you need to drink water.now lots of it ,your dehidrated
