To maintain my weight

im 5'8 and 108 pounds (fast metabolism) not anorexic ..and im 17 years old, female.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and that's how much you need.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Well, your Body Metabollic Rate (BMR) is 1364, so you'd need 1364 calories per day to maintain your weight, but if I was you, I'd gain a few pounds.

holy crap do you have a good metabolism....you probably should gain about ten pounds for the heck of it....but normal calorie intake should be between 1600-2000....

you should really ask a nutritionist, or go to a website to get an accurate answer. i would "kill" for your fast metabolism!!
