Be yourself. If you're trying to hide something from him, he'll probably be able to figure it out anyway since he has a Ph.D. in psychiatry (I think you mean psychology, though - a psychiatrist is a medical doctor who can prescribe medicine, and has an M.D., not a Ph.D.).
Make sure somebody knows where you're going in case (God forbid) something bad should happen.

It's a bit dodgy to be meeting someone in a park for the first time, but if you're willing to take that chance then good luck, just make sure you have your mobile on you and someone knows where you are!
Just be yourself and be confident - guys like that. Just talk, get to know each other, don't make any moves just yet, let him wait!

If this is a bench in a quiet, lonely park I wouldn't meet him at all - find somewhere more public. Just be yourself if you do meet.

meet in public place. i too just met 2 fellow i've met on internet. met for coffee. one ended there-no love connection the other one we talked for hours went to dinner and remain friends and continue to date. hes Phd. Be yourself..thats who he wants to meet. Smile. Ask questions...Have fun..i did..

Be yourself. Put on an act and he may like you but you will tire of the act after awhile and want to be yourself and enjoy your life.

Make sure there are other people around, and carry your cell phone just in case. Just act normal and frieindly and be yourself.
