well i know how you feel i had the same problem this year for my prom. I can say it's possible to loose 15lbs.Here's a tip drink lots of liquids, water,Gatorade, and low fat milk.Try some low-fat yogurt at least 2 or 3 times a day.Continue walking and try fasting.Beyonce tried it and lost 20 lbs for the movie Dream Girls. I tried it and lost 17 lbs.Fasting is when you eat nothing for 14 days but fruits, vegetables, and a lots of liquids.Good luck i hope you succeed good luck girllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll.

For a quick goal like that I would recommend low carb. I ussually lose that much in 3 or 4 weeks when I do it.

Of course I am not a doctor and dont know your current health condition so you should always ask your doctor or at the very least if you are under 18 talk to you parents maybe they know more about it.

The South Beach diet is a great one also cause it promotes good carbs.

Nowhere near possible to lose 15 pounds in a month. Just eat sensibly and try to get in more exercise. If you're lucky, you can lose maybe 5-8 pounds. I'd suggest finding another dress to wear instead of trying to be unhealthy with crash diets or too quick weight loss.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

The south beach diet works. Its not completly free and its hard to stay on it but it works. I lost 4 pounds in half a week.
If you can't stay on it just try to eat healthy.
