I would bring in a fecal sample to your vet and have them test it to see what kind of worms you are dealing with. Some dewormers don't cover everything, and the symptoms do sound like they have an intestinal parasite infection. Intestinal worms can be passed on to humans as well, especially children, so I would get the problem taken care of!

What are you deworming them with? It does sound very much like worms.

Please only use worming treatments from vets - I have seen a thousand puppies with heavy worm burdens that have been treated with the useless stuff from pet shops.

Drontal Puppy is good, as is Panacur Paste/Suspension/Granules. Puppies need to be wormed monthly until they are six months old - and this is usually three doses given over three days.

Please see your vet from some proper treatment, most will dispense without having to see the pups, and will have useful advice for you.
