You can't just "consider" anorexia. It is a DISEASE, and not something that you can, or would want to choose.

If you lost ten pounds you would be at a perfectly healthy weight. Ten pounds is not the end of the world. Diet and exercise will make you lose the weight and it will stay off.

Good luck to you.

I think what u said its that u r considering anorexia 4 u If that's it i don't think that's the right way 2 loose that weight I'm 20 and 5'6'' and i actually weight 145 some people think I'm fat some people don't I want to loose like 20-25 pounds but I'm starting to eat healthy, doing exercises its great and I'm starting to see the result. When I was like 14 years old I was anorexic and I weight 106lbs being like 5'3''-5'4'' it was horrible than when I tried to eat normally my body didn't wan it and I started to throw up, it was so hard to gain a little weight again and to start eating normally again so now that I know that I definitely don't want to try it again So just try eating healthy and exercises you'll see healthy and lasting results I hope I help !

You don't consider anorexia it is a disease that people have. You are only a few pounds over weight.Try a diet pill and walking. We walk all the time and my friend lost 20 pounds just walking. You are so young do not let other people get you down.130 Is not a bad weight for somebody you heighth. Please don't even consider this.Get some counselling or talk to your family doctor before doing something you are going to regret later.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

i'm sorry but i felt a compulsion to reply when i read this.. what you are saying is ludacris. you don't 'consider' anorexia... it is a mental disease. do NOT treat it lightly - it can, and has, ruined thousands of lives. people joke about it and think it is a choice that people can make and just be anorexic for a while to lose some weight. it isn't a joke. anorexia has the highest mortality rate of any psycological illness. lose some weight - be my guest.. but don't pretend it's you being anorexic/.

God, you people. KNOCK IT OFF! Anorexia isn't something you "consider." It's a disorder that never goes away. Just diet and exercise! There is no easy way to lose weight. You're going to have to stop eating tasty things and work out. Get over it.

DO NOT go on a crash diet!!! There have been girls who have died because of it. A good way to lose weight is for one week don't eat any food; just drink clear liquid. You'll feel hungry at first but after day two you should be going to the bathroom; a lot! It's better than giving up food completely. Just think about it.

Just EXERCISE YOU LAZY SCALLYWAG! why the hell are people looking for a miracle cure for being unhealthy. one your a perfectly normal weight. two, how do you think Bruce lee got so fit and slim because he ate a healthy diet with no processed foods or junk food just whole natural foods like fresh pasta fruits veggies rice fish chicken pork etc and did a **** load of excises! exercise and healthy eating is the key for weight loss not anorexia which is a disease mind you cannot consider it., that's like considering being schizophrenic

CRIPES. You're not fat. Perfectly normal.

Even if you were overweight (but you're not) anorexia is a mental disorder. You can't just get it or catch it or decide to do it. Ridiculous. Be grateful you DON'T have it.
