In England, around £30 per course (you need two lots of shots 2 weeks apart). Just phone around your nearest vets to find out prices in the area!

How old is your pup? Generally speaking, puppies need a vaccine every 3-4 weeks, starting at 6 weeks up until 16-18 weeks old. This means about 4 sets. Distemper-parvo is the basic (Da2pp) some areas leptospirosis is a concern, so that vaccine may be added at the 12 week appt.
If you board your dog, ask about the kennel cough vaccine...and if you go camping, ask about Lymes. Rabies vaccine is given usually at 16 weeks.
Expect to pay $35 - $45 (depending on where you live...) each visit....more $ for the other optional shots

If you do not get this done you could very well loose your pet.
Please phone your vet and ask them how much they charge. There is no one here that can tell you what the cost will be but your own vet.
What I can do is tell you what I am charged to give you an estimate:
DHLP-P - 14.00 per shot (ask your vet for their recommended schedule)
Rabies - 11.00 (do not give until at LEAST 6 months old)
If your puppy is 8 weeks old please get your puppy to the vet ASAP.
Good-luck

I can't really answer those questions, but I can recommend you call your local animal shelter/adoption center. They can give you the name of a low-cost vet in your area. Another way would be to call more than once vet in your area and get costs and recommendations. According to a breeder I was talking to; she said that vaccination requirements can vary state to state. Plus, costs can vary tremendously from vet to vet. Be sure and ask about the parvo virus and ask if it is a problem in your area and if your puppy needs to get vaccinated against it.

Call a vet and find out.... every area is different. But if you don't get him shots, he'll get all sorts of things. If you think the shots are alot, wait till you get the bills for treating parvo, distemper, kennel croup, etc... Hon, beg, borrow or steal the $$ to keep your dog free of now easily preventable diseases.
