You can start offering them kitten food from when they are four weeks old - or before if they start nosing in mum's food bowl before then! Mum will feed them as long as she needs too - the weaning process involves offering them food while they're still suckling from mum. They're usually fully weaned between 6-8 weeks old.

Kittens should drink milk from birth to 3 weeks. From 3 weeks up the kittens can be fed soft food. It is best to mix it with formula at first when weaning so the transition is not too sudden and the kittens do not get sick.

well when my cat had kittens we watched her very carefully and noticed that whenthe kittens started getting teeth that she would be in pain if we let them feed off her so we got them some soft food to eat

Around 4 weeks. Canned or dry with water to soften it. Mom cat will appreciate the break.

Usually around 4-6 weeks. Mom is going to be ready for them to be out of there around 6-8 weeks of age! And she will let them know that!

don't feed them yet - the mom will eventually wean them, and then they will come looking for food in her food dish.
