For starters i eat well, i get a good nights sleep (6 - 8 hrs a night) i excercise regulary i love my job i all round enjoy life but i always feel low in energy, and or i always feel like i wanna lay down and sleep. i get a good nights sleep but i always wake up feeling like **** and always wanna got to sleep i try to excersise meaning i am naturally fit i am in the army reserves but all of a sudden my body pines for me not to excersise and then after a few months of not excersising my body allows me to train. ive been to the doctor, had blood tests and allergy tests and other tests and everything seems fine? any ideas anyone?

If you've had blood tests, then your thyroid has been tested. Have you had a sleep study? If not, I suggest you request one. You might have sleep apnea, especially if you snore. One of the main symptoms of sleep apnea is a constant fatigue despite getting enough sleep.

Another recommendation is that while you may feel 6 hours is enough, it isn't. You should get a minimum of 8....everyone should but our society is so attuned to getting less that we don't realize we are sleep deprived.

Please check into having a sleep study if one has not been performed. Don't worry, if you have sleep apnea, it is easy to remedy. It will require sleeping with a CPAP machine but you will notice an improvement in your energy fairly quickly.
