I'm trying to play some iTunes videos, but for some reason the video is way too slow when I play them in iTunes or Quicktime Player. Does anyone know where I can get a .m4v codec for Windows Media Player or something?

There isn't one made. Like most things Apple, you can only run it in Apple made programs like iTunes or Quicktime. I believe Nero Showtime might run it, if it is a plain m4v and not one of the DRM protected ones, but you will not be able to get it to run in WMP.
